Perused the report filed by the Chairman, Purba Medinipur District Primary School Council signed on 13th September, 2024.

The same mentions that the petitioner has been allowed to resume his duty and he has joined service on 12th September, 2024. Arrear subsistence allowance amounting to Rs.2,02,893/- (up to August, 2024) is in process and the payment will be made shortly. A copy of the report has been handed over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner in Court today.
