The appearance of "Mr. Siddharth Pritam Datta" learned advocate has wrongly been recorded in place of "Mr. Somnath Roy Choudhury" as the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

Let the name of the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner be read as "Mr. Somnath Roy Choudhury". Other portion of the order dated 7th August 2024 remains unaltered.
