From the order-sheets appended to this application this Court finds that 2nd August, 2025 has been fixed for taking steps by the plaintiffs upon the defendants. From the order-sheets appended to this application this Court finds that the other suit is not yet ready for hearing.

For such reason, this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing at this stage. With the above observations and directions, C.O. 2217 of 2025 stands disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
