Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner very fairly submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and considering such submission, this writ petition being WPA 12826 of 2019 along with CAN 1 of 2022, are disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail any further related remedy, if petitioner is entitled, before the appropriate forum, if it had not already availed.
