1. The subject matter of challenge in the aforesaid appeals is an order dated 08.042024 passed by the learned Single Bench.

2. In the meantime, pursuant to the order of the learned Single Bench, the Appellate Authority has considered the entire matter and passed a fresh order.

3. This Court is of the view that since the Appellate Authority has already passed fresh order, the aforesaid appeals have become infructuous.

4. With liberty reserved to the appellants to challenge the new order passed by the Appellate Authority, the aforesaid appeals are dismissed as infructuous.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
