The petitioner submits that this is a police in action case. The police has submitted a report, which is kept on record.

The police has intimated through the report that the police camp set since long in the area in question and several pickets have been set at several places. The I/C of the concerned police station paid a time to time visit. A new outpost has also been set up specially for four GPs.

Mr. Sen, learned Advocate for the State, has drawn my attention to the order passed by this Court on 5th August, 2021 in WPA 11691 of 2021, which is a different writ application, between the same parties, wherein this Court made it clear that "in the event, the petitioner feels insecure or complaints of any threat, due security may be provided to him, at his own expense." In this view of the matter, I do not find to pass any

order in favour of the writ petitioner.

Hence, the writ application is disposed of.
