The Superintendent of Police, Purba Bardhaman has filed a report dated 28.01.2023, which is taken on record. It appears from the report that certain omissions have been found against the Investigating Officer of the case, S.I., Hasan Parvez.

The omissions are morefully described in the report of the S. P. Departmental proceedings have been taken against the said S.I., Hasan Parvez and a punishment of censure with warning has been imposed.

This Court is satisfied with regard to the steps taken by the S. P.

It appears that after investigation, charge sheet has been filed in respect of the FIR No. 189 of 2020. The petitioner may take steps in accordance with law with regard to the charge sheet-in-question. The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
