I direct the concerned District Inspector of Schools to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner before him and also any other authority as the D.I. would think appropriate within a period of six weeks from date and to pass a reasoned order by two weeks thereafter and to communicate the same to the petitioner.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
