Sanjib Kumar Banerjee v. State Of West Bengal & ANR.
03.08.2022 Item No. 28 Ct. No.40 d.g.
CRR 2271 of 2011 Sri Sanjib Kumar Banerjee Vs.
The State of West Bengal & Anr.
Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwala, Mr. Pratick Bose.
... for the State None appears on behalf of the petitioner.
The instant application is filed against the impugned order dated 29th April, 2011 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Barrackpore, 24 Parganas North in M. Case No. 241 of 2010.
The impugned order is not available in the record. The petitioner is mainly aggrieved by the order of maintenance passed by the Trial Court, in terms of Order dated 05.03.2011 and refusal to set aside the said order dated 05.03.2011 or to modify the same. The petitioner was directed to pay Rs.2000/- to the wife and Rs.1000/- to his minor child.
On perusal of the petition as well as the annexed documents it appears that the impugned order does not warrant any interference of this Court and it is not a fit case to exercise jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Accordingly, the criminal revision stands disposed of. (Sugato Majumdar, J.)
