Petitioner is granted liberty to amend the prayer portion of the revisional application.

Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Imran Ali, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the continuance of the proceeding arising out of Bongaon Police Station Case No.256 of 2022 dated 14.03.2022 corresponding to G.R. No.956 of 2022 under Section 498(A), 406, 325 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The documents which have been enclosed along with the revisional application reflects that at least the stage at which the petitioner approached this Court, the investigation of the case was continuing. Petitioner has grievance regarding the factum of being falsely implicated in the instant case. I have considered the submission of the learned advocate

appearing for the petitioner and having regard to the same, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit stage for appreciation of issue relating to facts which have been canvassed by the petitioner. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2151 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
