The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of application under Section 175(3) of BNSS having been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate and a report being called by the learned Magistrate, no steps were taken by the police authorities. Consequent to which the grievance of the petitioner was not being addressed.

State has submitted a report which reflects that pursuant to the directions passed by the learned Magistrate, already a case being Jamalpur P.S. Case NO. 130 of 2025 dated 06.05.2025 has been registered for investigation.

Chattopadhyay, learned advocate appearing for the private respondent no.6 submits

that the respondent no.6 has been made an accused, she has surrendered and has already obtained bail.

Be that as it may, in view of the petitioner's grievance being already addressed, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted. Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 13631 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
