We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner was identified as one of the persons who masqueraded as police officers and committed robbery at the house of the defacto complainant. He has been identified in course of T.I. parade.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Parties shall communicate a copy of this order to the trial court for due compliance.
