It appears from the written instructions submitted by the State respondents that both the representations pending before the State respondents have been disposed of by the District Magistrate, Purba Bardhaman by an order dated 26th August 2021 and the said order was communicated to the petitioner on 31st August, 2021 through e-mail.

In view of the same, nothing remains for adjudication in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 14708 of 2021 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties on usual undertakings.
