.... Petitioners Ms. Jeenia Rudra, Mr. Bhaskar Roy ...For the Petitioners Ms. Jeenia Rudra, learned advocate, appearing for the petitioners, seeks expeditious hearing of G.R. Case No. 1061/2012 under Sections 498A/406/323 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Durgapur.

It has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners that the charge sheet, in this case, has been filed on August 30, 2012, and thereafter, the case was transferred to the learned Magistrate in the Court below. The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that till date, the charge hearing has not yet commenced.

In view of the fact that the charge sheet was filed in this case, long ago, I dispose of this application by giving a direction upon the learned Magistrate to conclude the charge hearing within a period of three months from date without granting any unnecessary adjournments to the either of the parties.

Since the State or the opposite party no. 2 will not be prejudiced by this order, this application has been disposed of without giving any notice upon them.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1850 of 2021 is disposed of.
