Petitioner is aggrieved by the outcome of Raina Police Station Case no. 177 of 2024 dated 19.04.2024. It has been informed that final report has been submitted in connection with the said case, discharging all the accused persons.

Petitioner has filed an application for further investigation under the relevant provisions of the Code, which is still pending before the learned Special Court. Learned Special Court will dispose of the said application under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure preferably within a period of eight weeks.

In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the outcome of the application she would be at liberty to exercise the statutory remedies available under the law.

In the meantime police authorities would ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility taking place and/or no untoward incidents resulting from the issues which have cropped up because of the strained relationship existing between the parties.

Learned advocate for the private respondents is present and vehemently objects to the contentions advanced by the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted that the police authorities have acted diligently and thereafter arrived at their finality.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 15016 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
