Taslim Ali, Mr. Subhrangsu Guin ...for the Petitioner By filing the present revisional application, the petitioner has prayed for giving necessary direction to the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), at Amta for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 12 of 2019. It has been alleged that the defendant has not been appearing before the Court below and avoiding the service. Learned Court below has failed to dispose of pending interlocutory application has been fixing the case for service return.

The learned Court below is requested to see the interlocutory application, if any, pending in the pending suit may be disposed of at the earliest. Since the petitioners have prayed for expeditious disposal of interlocutory application in Title Suit No. 12 of 2019 there is no possibility of causing any prejudice to the opposite parties.

Further, having regard to the nature of relief claimed, I see no reason to put the opposite parties on

notice. Service of notice on the opposite parties is dispensed with.

Accordingly, C.O.1653 of 2021 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
