1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The earlier petition for anticipatory bail by the present petitioner having already been disposed of and rejected vide order dated 28.04.2023 passed in CRM (A) 1810 of 2023, filing of charge-sheet in the meantime cannot be held to be a supervening circumstance warranting reconsideration of the prayer for anticipatory bail.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
