Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken record. None appears for the opposite parties despite service. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that despite earlier directions of this Court, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar is granting repeated adjournments to the opposite parties and is not taking any initiative to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible in terms of the direction of this Court. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the case being case no. C 4679 of 2022 pending before the learned Trial Court. The stage of the proceeding before the learned Trial Court cannot be ascertained from the documents on record. However, since this Court has already directed that the case be proceeded with without granting any adjournment to either of the parties, the revisional application being CRR No. 2225 of 2024 is disposed of directing the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar to make all endeavour to dispose of the case being case no. C 4679 of 2022 pending before him as expeditiously as

possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

CRR No. 2225 of 2024 is disposed of.
