Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Sayanti Santra, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appearance may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence the petitioner could not be present on a single date, as such, the warrant of arrest was issued against him. I have considered the orders passed by the learned CJM, Howrah.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner inadvertently could not be represented on a single date and were earlier diligently taking steps and the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner would adhere by further orders passed by the learned court, under such circumstances, if the petitioner appear on or before 30th June, 2023, in that case the learned CJM, Howrah will allow the petitioner to continue on the

same bail and bond and, if required, learned CJM would impose conditions to ensure his appearance in future before the court. The warrant of arrest issued on 10.03.2023 be kept in abeyance till 1st July, 2023. In case the petitioner is not available before the learned CJM, Howrah on the date so stated above, the learned CJM, Howrah on or after 2nd July, 2023 would revive the warrant of arrest earlier issued.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2155 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
