1. We have heard the learned counsel for the appellants.

2. These appeals by the State are against an interim order passed by the learned Single Bench.

3. Mr. Galib and Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocates appearing for the appellants submitted that the writ petitions itself have been dismissed by the learned Single Bench today (19.06.2024). Furthermore, as against another order passed in the writ petition

dismissing the writ petition by order dated 19.06.2024 in MAT 1082 of 2024 filed by the unsuccessful writ petitioners has been dismissed.
