Petitioner is in custody for 232 days. He submits there was a love affair between him and the victim lady. The latter had committed suicide. He prays for bail. Learned advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. He submits the petitioner was present at the spot. Post mortem report shows the victim suffered homicidal death.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner was present at the place of occurrence. Post mortem report shows victim has suffered homicidal death. Plea of suicide is not corroborated by medical evidence.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
