By an earlier order dated 17th July, 2025, we directed the police authorities to make a sincere endeavour to recover the petitioner's minor daughter. Mr.

Mukherjee, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State respondents submits that pursuant to such direction the Investigation Officer took active steps in the matter, conducted raid at Mumbai and was ultimately successful in recovering the petitioner's daughter. We appreciate the steps taken by the Investigating Officer. Let a copy of the report, as produced, be kept on record.

As the petitioner's daughter has already been recovered, no further interference is called for in the present writ petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties.
