The grievance of the petitioner in respect of an application under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure which was filed by the wife on 21st January, 2023 and the learned court fixed date thereafter on 22nd February, 2023. Subsequently, date was fixed on 28th April, 2023 and the date for evidence has been fixed on 7th November, 2023.

Having considered the seven months gap which has been fixed for considering the evidence, I direct the learned trial court to prepone the date, fix the date in the month of August, 2023 and conclude the proceedings under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by 31st December, 2023.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2156 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
