The petitioner alleges that the private respondents are taking steps to fill up a water body in Dag No. 566 within Mouza Biur, J.L. No. 76 in the District of Bankura. The petitioner is unable to demonstrate the affection of his right as a result of the activities of the private respondents and other respondents. For such reason, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of leaving the petitioner free to take steps in accordance with law on the self-same cause of action. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
