The petitioner complains that she is being harassed by her daughter-in-law. For having been thrown out of her own house, the petitioner obtained orders from the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Durgapur and orders under Sections 18, 22 and 23(2) of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005, against domestic violence being perpetrated by the private respondents. The petitioner has also obtained orders from the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Durgapur of the Maintenance Tribunal, Durgapur, under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 in Case No. 117/126 vide its order dated 28th September, 2021.

In that view of the matter, the petitioner should seek enforcement of the said orders before the appropriate Court. The writ petition is premature and disposed of without any order.

The report in the form of instructions to the learned State Advocate by the Kanksa Police Station dated 22.04.2021 is taken on record.

There will be no order as to costs.
