1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. The letter addressed to the learned Public Prosecutor by the concerned I.O. be taken on record.

3. The property of the petitioner having already been attached and completed on 16.07.2023. There is no scope for anticipatory bail to be granted to the petitioner. The petitioner, if so, advised surrender before the competent Court and renew his prayer for regular bail.

5. With the aforesaid observation the prayer for the anticipatory bail is rejected.
