It appears that the petitioners have not obtained any order from any Civil Court till date. Therefore, the question of any contempt against Nabadwip Police Station does not and cannot arise.

The Nabadwip Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. 4.

CPAN 946 of 2024 shall stand disposed of without any further order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
