The instant revisional application is filed challenging the impugned order dated 17th April, 2015 by which the learned Trial Court rejected the application filed under Order-1 Rule 10 (2) read with Section 151 of C.P.C. Against that impugned order, the instant revisional application is filed and is pending since the year 2015.

Accordingly, there is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioners have lost his interest to proceed with the present case. So, there is no option left but to dismiss the present revisional application. Accordingly, the revisional application being CO 1997 of 2015 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
