None appears on behalf of either of the parties. This matter is pending in the list since 23.02.2023 and has been called on each day of working of this Court since that date. In spite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit. Impugned orders dated 07.12.2015, 09.12.2015, 11.1.2016 and 08.03.2016 by the Additional Sessions Judge, 7th Court at Paschim Medinipur are under challenge in this case.

Allegedly the Trial Court has refused to grant any time for production of injury report and post mortem report and purportedly the close evidence. The defacto complainant/petitioner is aggrieved and, therefore, filed this case.

He says that the sake of fair trial, the Trial Court's order should be interfered with.

On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioner I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this Court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 1964 of 2016 is dismissed. All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
