Petitioner Mr. Keshab Chandra Das, Ms. Aparajita Mondal, ... for the petitioner It is the grievance of the petitioner that by the order dated August 25, 2021, the Executive Magistrate, Sadar, Hooghly passed an ex parte order, restraining the petitioner from creating any form of disturbance over the scheduled property. Since the next date has been fixed on September 29, 2021, I am not inclined to interfere with the order of the learned Magistrate at this stage. The petitioner will be at liberty to appear before the learned Magistrate in the Court below, and take all the points available to him before the learned Magistrate. The Executive Magistrate, Sadar, Hooghly is directed to pass a reasoned order after hearing the petitioner. With these observations as mentioned above, the revisional application being C.R.R. 1867 of 2021 is disposed of.
