It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they were falsely implicated in the instant case. There is a long-standing dispute between the private parties.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and draws attention of this Court to the statement recorded under section 161 Cr.P.C. which implicates the petitioner. He submits that investigation is at a nascent stage. Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the stage of investigation, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
