The learned advocate representing the alleged contemnor has placed before this Court a report enclosing copy of the order dated 8th August, 2024 and the same is taken on record.

In view of compliance of the order passed by this Court the contempt proceeding stands dropped and contempt application stands disposed of.

However, this order shall not preclude the applicant to take steps in accordance with law against the order dated 8th August, 2024.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
