Kali Bhandari The contempt application has been filed alleging violation of an order dated 29th July, 2005 passed in WP 12091 (W) of 2000. It appears that a Rule was issued on 8th May, 2006.

The matter appeared in the list on 13th July, 2021 and was called twice but no one appeared on behalf of the parties. Today the matter has been placed in the list marked as "Last Chance" with a note that appropriate orders will be passed if no one appears when the matter is taken up. Even today no one appears in the contempt petition although an advocate had filled in the form for joining through the video mode on behalf of the applicant/petitioner but remains absent at the time when the matter was called on for the second time. In the facts and circumstances as aforesaid, it appears that none of the parties are interested in proceeding further with the contempt petition. The same is disposed of without any further order.

Rule stands discharged accordingly.
