The petitioner intended to obtain certain instruction from the Panihati Municipality under the Right to Information Act, 2005.

The reply to the queries has been forwarded by the Chairman of the Municipality. Copy of the same has been handed over to the learned advocate of the petitioner in Court today.

As it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed there is no requirement of proceeding with the writ petition any further. The writ petition stands disposed of.
