At the time of call no one appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is prayed for. It appears from order dated 19th September, 2022 that the learned advocate representing the petitioner prayed for accommodation to obtain instructions and as a last chance the matter was adjourned till 26th September, 2022. On 26th September, 2022 on the ground of learned advocate representing the petitioner adjournment was taken and the same was granted in order to enable the learned advocate representing the petitioner to come prepared with instructions.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
