Pursuant to the order of this court, demolition proceedings have been undertaken by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation and an order has been passed by the Special Officer(Building), upon hearing the parties.

Under such circumstances, the court does not find any reason to continue with the contempt application.

The contempt application is disposed of.

The contempt proceedings are dropped.

The corporation shall act and proceed in accordance with law and on the basis of the order. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
