1. Parties are represented through their respective learned counsels.

2. The challenge in this petition is mounted only to the order passed by Tribunal in R.A.

No.350/00013/2024 and no challenge is mounted to the basic order passed in O.A.

No.350/1207/2022.

3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that pursuant to the order of this Court leave granted to file Supplementary Affidavit. Such a prayer is made in Supplementary Affidavit.

4. On a specific query from the Bench that if relief prayed in the writ petition is inadequate, the

proper course is to file an amendment application to strengthen the prayer. Learned advocate for petitioners has not shown any interest to file any such amendment application to add appropriate prayer in main writ petition.

5. In our opinion, the prayer of writ petition cannot be modified by inserting a prayer in Supplementary Affidavit.

6. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of by reserving liberty to the petitioners to file a properly constituted petition by entering all relevant clauses in the prayer/relief portion.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
