Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the police filed charge-sheet and, therefore, custodial interrogation of the petitioners are not required. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. He submits that, the injury suffered by the victim is grievous in nature.
Considering the nature of injury suffered by the victim and considering the materials in the case diary implicating the
petitioners, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 3182 of 2022 is dismissed.
