Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to sue afresh on similar cause of action.

However, such an order cannot be granted at this stage in view of the writ petition being already non est in the eye of law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will take necessary steps for filing a restoration application in the meantime.

Accordingly, let the matter stand adjourned till December 8, 2021. In the event a restoration application is filed in the meantime, the same will be added in the list on December 8, 2021 with the main matter.
