The writ petition is pending since 2013. On previous occasion also nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The writ petition has not been admitted as yet. The petitioner has not taken any step for admission of the instant writ petition.

In view of such circumstances, this Court has every reason to hold that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the instant writ petition and, accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
