The petitioner's application for transfer has been rejected and refused by the Teacher-in-Charge of Jhalda High School, Jhalda, Purulia. No reasons appear to have been given or made known to the petitioner for the same.

In that view of the matter, the Teacher-inCharge, Jhalda High School shall give appropriate reasons as to why the petitioner's application for transfer has not been forwarded or as to why NOC was not been given, within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
