We have drawn attention of the learned counsel for the petitioner towards the nature of the order impugned in the present writ proceedings. The Central Administrative Tribunal, Kolkata Bench has dismissed the application filed by the petitioner as the same was withdrawn by the applicant with liberty to file a better one.

Being faced with such circumstance, the petitioner's learned counsel submits that he would be approaching the authorities with respect to the relief regarding his pay revision.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of such submission, with liberty as prayed for the writ petition is dismissed.
