Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Statements of the children of the deceased prima facie disclose role of the petitioner in murdering the victim. Their statements are corroborated by the postmortem report. Hence, in view of the above, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
