The writ petition is taken up for consideration today pursuant to the order dated 24th July, 2023 in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioners and Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

Pursuant to the notice issued by the learned advocate for KMC dated 26th July, 2023 today petitioners are represented by Mr.

Chakraborty, learned advocate who submits that in spite of effort being made to obtain instructions no instruction has been provided by the petitioners. The matter was taken up for consideration on number of occasions previously.

It appears that petitioners have lost interest.

The writ petition stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Notice dated 26th July, 2023 is taken on record.
