Mr. Soujanya Bandyopadhyay ...for the petitioner Mr. N.C. Bihani, Ms. Papiya Banerjee Bihani ...for the State Learned counsel appearing for the State hands over a copy of a communication to the petitioner, purportedly dated June 22, 2023, and submits that the same was served on the petitioner. In fact, the photocopy handed over in court today also includes the copy of the documents showing such dispatch. Let the said copies be kept on record.

Be that as it may, since the said communication clearly discloses the answer to the query of the petitioner, no further relief lies in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, W.P.A. No. 13968 of 2023 is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the answer to the query made by the

petitioner, if aggrieved by it, before the appropriate forum.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
