This writ petition is filed for implementation of the order dated 28th June, 2019 passed on the writ petition being W.P. 21034(W) of 2015. On the previous occasion on 4th October, 2021 this Court passed an directing the concerned respondent authority to take necessary steps strictly in terms of the said order dated 28th June, 2019 passed by a coordinate Bench on the writ petition being W.P.21034(W) of 2015 and matter has been fixed for further consideration today, 8th November, 2021. Accordingly, the matter has come up in the list when Mr. K. M. Hossain, learned advocate appears on behalf of the writ petitioner and

submits that the Chairman, Purba Medinipur District Primary School Council has passed an order by issuing Memo dated 26th October, 2021 rejecting the prayer of the writ petitioner. However, it has been candidly submitted on behalf of the writ petitioner that the order dated 28th June, 2019 passed by the coordinate Bench on the previous writ petition has been duly complied with.

Mr. Hosssain, learned advocate submits that nothing remains to be decided in the writ petition. Let this writ petition be disposed of with liberty to the writ petitioner to file a fresh writ petition questioning the decision of the Chairman, Purba Medinipur District Primary School Council. Purba Medinipur District Primary School Council is represented by Mr. Kamal Mishra, learned advocate.

Considering the submission made on behalf of the writ petitioner the Court finds it apposite to dispose of the writ petition upon granting leave to the writ petitioner to take necessary steps, if so advised.
