1. We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The writ petitioners prayed for publishing the merit list along with all details of the participants with their marks in the written examination.

3. The learned Single Judge dismissed the said writ petition after noticing that there is no rule in the West Bengal Primary School Teachers Recruitment Rules, 2016 which permit the particulars of all the candidates to be published. The merit list has already been published pursuant to the order of the Coordinate Bench on 4th

March, 2022. The Special Leave Petition against the said order was dismissed as withdrawn. The writ petitioners cannot go on making a roving enquiry.

4. The learned Counsel for the writ petitioners submits that the petitioners are aggrieved by inclusion of certain persons as para teachers although not qualified.

5. We have been informed that no writ application has been filed alleging inclusion of persons in the panel as para teachers. Hence the said issue is not decided and has not been rightly decided in disposing of the earlier application.

6. We do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

7. Accordingly, the appeal and the application are dismissed.

8. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

9. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
