The review application is misconceived and is not maintainable.

We have perused the memorandum of review. None of the grounds constitute review. In any event, it is an admitted position that the provisions of West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997 is not applicable to the Panchayat area. The relationships are required to be governed under Section 106 of the Transfer of Property Act. We see no reason to have a relook at the judgment. The review application is thoroughly misconceived and, accordingly, stands dismissed.

In view of dismissal of the review application, the connected application also stands dismissed.
