During pendency of the writ petition, the representation of the petitioners has been considered and a reasoned order passed by the respondents. The petitioners are aggrieved by the said reasoned order.

It will be open for the petitioners to challenge the reasoned order that has been passed by the respondents in a fresh petition, if so advised.
