Rath ... for the petitioner Mr. Saumalya Ganguli .. for respondent No. 1, 3, 4 and 5 By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 25th August, 2022 passed on the basis of the order of this Court in the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner being WPA No. 16079 of 2015 in compliance of the earlier order of this Court dated 25th July, 2022.

It appears from record that against the very same impugned order dated 25th August, 2022 petitioner had filed the contempt application being CPAN No. 1054 of 2022 which was disposed of by the order of this Court dated 2nd January, 2023 by holding that the direction of the Court was complied with and there was no violation at all on the part of the respondent/alleged contemnor and it also appears from record that no liberty was granted by the contempt court for filing any fresh writ petition if it has any grievance against the impugned order which has been passed in the alleged violation of the order of this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case as appears from record and particularly considering the fact that the order impugned in this writ petition was already challenged before the Court in the contempt jurisdiction where no relief was granted to the petitioner by holding that the respondent/alleged contemnor has already complied with the order of the Court, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition and accordingly this writ petition being WPA 13977 of 2023 is dismissed.
